What we do with your details.

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email, suburb, and whatever you've told us about the job. That's it. No tracking pixels, no birthdays, no marketing list.

We use those details for one thing: working out what you need hung, and getting back to you with a quote or a quick question. If the job goes ahead, we keep them on hand so we can find your address again and follow up after install. We don't pass them to anyone else, we don't sell them, and we don't run ads off them. There's no mailing list to unsubscribe from. We don't have one.

The form itself goes through Web3Forms, which hands the submission straight to our inbox. Nothing about you is stored on this website. The site is a flat set of pages on Cloudflare. There's no database behind it and no login.

No cookies are set by us. Site stats come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and counts page views in aggregate, so we can tell whether anyone visited but not who you are. The Trustindex review widget only loads on the Reviews page, and only when you scroll down to it, so it doesn't run anywhere else on the site. If you've blocked third-party scripts, the rest of the site still works fine.
